A brief introduction to our business.
Silver Nomad was created back in 1998 . We started off distributing to small independent shops and had a brief spell at Camden Market. We also had silver parties for customers.
With the digital age upon us, in 2002 we decided to start selling online. We opened an eBay store and found the market place very enjoyable. It obviously took a lot of the leg work out of what we were doing before and decided to concentrate our efforts online.
In 2007 we launched our first website (silvernomad.co.uk) and have found it a worthwhile vnture. It still proves to be a challenge in todays market where there are so many new businesses poppng up. However, we stick to what we know and continue to evolve and adapt to the ever changing market place.
We welcome wholesale orders to small and large businesses alike and offer highly competitive rates. The wholesale system provides discount on all products in our wholesale range. We recommend 100% RRP mark up on each item.
You can view our new wholesale category by filling out the contact form on the contact us page. We will then activate the wholesale category for viewing and purchasing.
There is no minimum wholesale order value. However, each product requires a minimum of five pieces per style. With the rings you can order 2 or 3 of each size from L to R (UK) or 6 to 9 (USA) to make up the minimum quantity of 5.
As the wholesale items are made to order, lead times vary from 4 to 6 weeks. All orders are sent insured via a trackable service. If you are ordering outside of the EU (European Union) then you will be liable for import tax on your shipment.
The Silver Nomad Jewellery Collection.
Our Jewellery comprises of unique pieces, some of which are designed in-house. We're always on the look out for new pieces but from viewing our collection, you can see a theme running through it. We tend to go for pieces that have a nice natural look to them. Some inspired by nature and pieces utilising artisan craftmanship. We could go down the route of selling basic items that you see in the shops but it would go against what keeps us happy in what we do.
As a result, the jewellery is fairly niche focused but we have built a loyal following of customers that prefer their jewellery to stand out from the crowd.
