Jon Hood, is a talented young photographer with an eye for detail and creativity. Since birth Jon has been blind in one eye and partially sighted in the other, as a result this led to a fascination with colour and composition growing up.
Over the years Jon has traveled extensively throughout the world, visiting the lofty arctic archipeligo of Svalbard, tropical rainforests of South-East Asia, Australia and living in the busy cities of New York and London.
Jon is currently 27 years old and when not taking pictures, likes to raise money for charity in creative and testing ways such as sky diving and climbing mountains . Jon is also trained in holistic counselling and currenty qualifying as a socal worker.
"Everywhere I go I talk to people, I always have. I love stories and have taken inspiration from the people I've met both professionaly and personally. That inspiration guides certain themes and moods I use for during shoots."
