Very stressful experience

Portsmouth company COOLRIDES got a terrible expirience working with Abacus. They make mistakes all the time, payslips does not match actual payments. Three versions of P60 the sent to us, comes with numbers we do not recognised. When we ask to provide where did they get these numbers, they do not have answers for us. They do mistakes in spelling and in personal information. When we say our employee made £1000 in October last year but they put in their Payslip £1400. Yesterday, when we reached them out via the phone, ask them to issue our documents in the right way, some female voice started yelled at us. Never appologised. We tried to get the documents done via email but they are responsive. If you already work with them, I would highly recommend double check their calculations. They created headache for us unfortunately. Really hope to finish with ASAP. So much stress.
