Terrible service, expensive and car fault not fixed

Where to start? I have used repair garages for 25 years and Silver Arrow MB is the worst experience I have ever had with a vehicle repairer. If you are expecting a prestigious specialist Mercedes class service, you will be very very disappointed. They charged me £1,600 to fix an engine management fault that came back on shortly afterwards, so the car could not be driven on the motorway. I had to go to a Mercedes main dealer and pay an additional £800 for works that were not identified by Silver Arrow MB. Mercedes main dealer fixed the car, Silver MB did not. Terrible, I feel as though I have been ripped off. Avoid this so-called specialist garage, go a Mercedes main dealer.
