The Peter Ashley Activity Centres provide unique and interesting venues where both individuals and groups can participate in a variety of activities in an outdoor and historical environment. In developing the activity centres, the committee is bringing life back to these Victorian buildings and is preserving them as part of our heritage for the future.

The centres are currently seeking funding to build on progress, to improve and expand facilities and further establish the centres as an integral part of the local community. New projects will promote innovative and exciting learning opportunities and include Project ESCAPE which will work with young people across the region particularly the disadvantaged.

The centres are open all year round to welcome schools, colleges, clubs, youth groups, individuals of all ages as well as for weddings and private hire.

We invite you to come and experience the unique atmosphere at Fort Purbrook and Fort Widley!
