**WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN.. READ BEFORE COMMITTING TO THIS COMPANY** Unfortunately our old security company shut down (My security systems) which had installed our alarm and fire system. My Security systems handed over to Century 21 security which ended up being the WORST experience i have had with any security company to date. They were quite happy to charge me £250 to come out and reset my alarm with a new master code for us and change our engineer code while they were here (this is how they get YOU). I had century 21 come out to my business to quote on installing a dual com to existing system. After coming out they said i needed to get my whole system reinstalled at the cost of roughly £1200 +. I disagree they we needed this done and once again said i just wanted the dual com system installed. They would not do this so i kindly asked for our engineer code.
