Poor administration and accounting skills, bad communication. Bad complains review process. Be aware that provided by Convey Law Estimate amount is only for original construction of the property, without property alterations or additional features, i.g conservatory, extension, septic tank, solar panels and even boiler. For all features "an additional charge" of £90 to £200 will be added. I strongly advise you to create a FOOTER in your email signature "NOTE: Please note that we DO NOT authorise any additional charges unless full breakdown of services is provided and we approved them in writing" and reply to every solicitor email using your signature. This will help you to avoid overcharges and unlawful fees.

Transaction started may 2021 and is still ongoing, in that time: - 3 conveyancers - Unable to contact anyone by phone, just get voicemails (Conveyancers and Conveyance Supervisors) - Conveyancers respond regularly at first, once your comfortable they stop - They leave you to wonder if there doing anything with so little updates - Use a mixture of end of SDLT and COVID as an excuse to not have to communicate - Staff working flexible hours but nobody can tell you what the hours are - Management will email but won't call - Will only communicate wen waiting other conveyancer to make them look good - Amazing online portal - They don't really use - Amazing complaints procedure - They don't follow
