Paul Walden started off as a mechanical engineer in manufacturing when he left school, where his focus was fundamentally about exceptional quality control, he found that his commitment to flawless work still stood out after he retrained in painting and decorating and then later certified in wallpaper and wall-coverings. Paul said “When you live and breathe detail-oriented precision when millimetres count, it’s a part of you—even when you change industries”.
He has completed City & Guilds and NVQ 3 in Painting and Decorating to distinctions, advanced training in wallpaper and wall-covering installation techniques, achieved City & Guilds in Airless/HVLP spraying and has gained a foundation level award in Education and Training which he wants to use to teach and mentor other people on the Isle Of Wight including college students and prison inmates keen to learn the trade as part of their rehabilitation.
One of the key topics and projects Paul has been working on with clients for the last 6 months, is creating and decorating an office environment at home. More people than ever have transitioned into a work-from-home lifestyle. The pandemic has forced most of us to try the much-coveted work-from-home lifestyle. A huge challenge for many of us is that it doesn't really feel like you've gone to work. The lines between your work life and your home life become blurred, and we often put up with workspaces that we wouldn't do if we worked in an office elsewhere.
The best solution? Create a working environment you love that elevates you, and helps you step into work mode every time you walk through the door. Why not consider bringing the outside in with a custom feature wall using Rebel Walls specialist wall hangings.Regardless of whether you love working from home or can’t wait to get back to your office, making your home office a space you adore will go a long way to increasing your daily happiness and productivity.
We offer a no obligation consultation service to allow you to discuss your needs, all appointments are conducted in a Covid compliant manner.
