Life changing

Meeting Andrea has completely changed my life . Not just the fact that I am now addicted to exercise which has never happened to me before but I just feel better all round . Physically and mentally. I just feel more happy and positive day to day and really look forward to my sessions . Andrea basically motivates me every day with group and individual chats and challenges so even on days I am not seeing her I am still motivated. She also gives really good nutritional advice and I now make much healthier food choices just because I want to out of having more knowledge. Absolutely amazing value for money as I basically feel like a have a life coach as well as a PT 👍👍
