I am a qualified and experienced Child, Youth and Adult Counsellor. I have a keen interest in the Mind Body Connection and how when we are stressed sometimes that manifests itself as physical symptoms out of the blue.

I am an experienced Play Therapist and I am able to help with Child and Teenage anxiety whether that might be about returning to school since Covid or other worries. I have worked with all ages of children and teenagers.

i have a passion for social justice and offer affordable advocacy services to give people a voice and can help them speak up about their rights and interests.
