At Back on track we have two qualified Sport and Exercise Therapists BSc (Hons) who are part of the professional health care system specifically concerned with prevention of injury and rehabilitation. Our main aim is to bring our patients back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sport specific fitness regardless of age and ability. Whether you have an injury or are suffering with general aches and pains, we will be able to help you!

We also hold related exercise and health qualifications such as personal training, nutrition and weight management and sports massage to name a few!

We pride ourselves on our commitment and knowledge to provide a professional, friendly service to get you back on track!
