Coronavirus Alert

Due to the essential restrictions which have now been put in place to reduce the risk of contracting and spreading the Coronavirus, we'd like to assure you that in our efforts to help our customers stay connected and stay safe online, we will be operating the following procedures:

If we can solve your problem on the phone, we will do that.
If you can connect to the internet, we will offer Remote Connection to help you.
If necessary, we can pick-up, repair and return your PC, maintaining procedures in-line with all current government advice, including, strict hygiene regimes and social distancing practices.

We're already supporting our clients during this temporary new normal. We're especially happy to offer support to our elderly and vulnerable customers.
