Customer service, what?

I often go to the Pan Estate store as it is the most local store to me. I dread going in there as it depends on who serves you and whether you are considered a "local". The closing times indicated on their shop do not reflect the service provided. I went in to the store at 9 pm one evening, I was greeted with: "Oi, you poof, I ain't gonna serva ya at dis time, I go ma children ta fed". I left the store immediately despite having a family of 3 lovely well-educated children. I also had a similar issue this morning. I went in to buy some cigarettes and was told that "poofters should not smoke. They gotta nugh stick to suck on! I do not understand why this Island is so intolerant as people regardless of their individuality. It is just a local shop where you go to buy things when you have run out of certain things but you still want to be treated with some level of respect.
