As an experienced BACP Accredited counsellor based in Chichester I work with individuals and couples who are facing difficult challenges in their personal and emotional lives. I offer different counselling strategies to fit with the specific needs of each client. I encourage clients to take that extra step forward to successfully deal with those issues and bring about lasting change. An important part of this work is an initial informal discussion which will help us to identify a way of working in the counselling room that will meet your needs.
